We welcome you to GN Hearing’s Finance R&D and Marketing organizations in Ballerup. Here, we are 3 colleagues responsible for delivering finance business partnering to our substantial R&D and Marketing organizations. We act as trusted advisors to R&D and Marketing management and we are proud to say the organization truly sees us as business partners, which allows us to be widely involved in projects across the board and be part of the future hearing care portfolio.

As a finance analyst within GN Hearing, your financial analyses and valuations will be the foundation for fact-based decision-making, and you will have direct influence on where we take the business next ” says Thomas Helbo, Vice President, Global Finance.
Enable financially sound decision-making across R&D and Marketing
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high quality financial analyses to enable fact-based decision-making. Gaining broad insights into the R&D and Marketing organization. You will build a strong network within R&D and Marketing as well as in the Global Finance organization and provide analyses requested by key stakeholders such as our CFO and top management. Alongside your team, your key responsibilities will be to:

Enable financially sound decision-making across R&D and Marketing
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high quality financial analyses to enable fact-based decision-making. Gaining broad insights into the R&D and Marketing organization. You will build a strong network within R&D and Marketing as well as in the Global Finance organization and provide analyses requested by key stakeholders such as our CFO and top management. Alongside your team, your key responsibilities will be to:
- Provide daily financial support and advice to management teams across R&D and Marketing
- Secure optimal allocation of financial resources and manage the financial development by facilitating the budget processes, provide monthly reports and drive financial transparency
- Produce high-quality valuation for projects concerning our future product portfolio
- Present outcomes and recommendations to different fora, including top management

Finance profile with strong analytical skills

- We imagine that you hold a master’s degree in finance or economics with excellent results
- Preferably, you have a few years of experience from a similar position such as business controller or financial/business analyst or from a position in management consulting
- You possess strong analytical skills, combined with good business acumen and a structured way of working
- You have great skills in Excel and PowerPoint – and preferably experience working with SAP or other financial reporting systems and Power BI
- You are fluent in English
