Would you like to be part of an ambitious team as our new Finance Analyst / Senior Finance Analyst in the Nordic organization? We are looking for a passionate and dedicated person to join our finance team.
Nordic Finance team
Joining our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, you will be part of our Nordic function within GN Hearing. The department is responsible for managing and developing our customers in the 4 Nordic countries. You will be part of a team of 3 colleagues working with different areas of responsibilities, and you will be reporting to the head of Finance Nordic, Severi Nordberg who is working from our office in Finland.
As our new team member in Nordic Finance, you will be a natural go-to-person for a wide range of people inside the organization for support and clarification, and you will support management through relevant analysis and insights. You will play a key role in running and improving controlling activities within Nordic finance, as well as participate in improving analysis and reports to increase transparency and accuracy.

- Business controlling and monthly performance tracking
- Financial analysis (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) in monitoring business performance and financial risks
- Supporting with budget and outlook processes
- Improvement of internal financial processes and financial management tools
- Business support to the sales organization and analysis to drive business potential
Strong analytical and business minded professional
To be successful in the position, it is paramount that you possess strong interpersonal abilities, are business/commercial minded and are an excellent stakeholder manager.
We seek a teammate, who is professional and possesses a good sense of humor. In addition, we expect that you have:
- A relevant educational background (e.g. master’s degree in. finance or economics) with excellent results
- Preferably, you have a few years of experience from a similar position such as business controller or financial/business analyst, however, we are looking for both experienced and less experienced profiles
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office products – particularly Excel – and preferably you have experience working with SAP, Navision or other financial reporting systems
- You are fluent in English
