Your opportunity
Right now, EPOS is looking for an experienced Technical Portfolio Manager for ATC/C3 who can design complex technical solutions, handle our portfolio, and solve technical issues with customers and suppliers. In this role, the portfolio manager will support the lifecycle of a large portfolio, leading project-level reviews, optimizing standards, identifying areas for improvement, reporting analyses, and training staff members.
The EPOS ATC / C3 (Air Traffic Control / Command, Control, Communications) works in a world-wide team and delivers highly customized high-end audio solutions to ensure flawless communication and maximum security designed for different areas, like:
COMMAND headsets are customized solutions for ATC (Air Traffic Control), providing headset systems to airports managing all upper airspace around the world spanning Europe, the Middle East and Asia. To function safely and efficiently, the ATC industry needs to stay at the forefront of cutting edge second-to-none technology solutions.
EPOS C3s Headset systems improve both performance and system affordability by providing rapid interoperability with other sea, land, air, space and cyberspace multi-domain, multi-service audio systems, based on our rich audio quality, plug and play capability coupled with our robust headset/PTT designs.
EPOS Audio works with the world’s leading civil + military network system OEM’s, to provide the highest levels of audio safety, security and reliability for mission-critical command and control within VCCS (Voice Command and Control Systems).

As our new Technical Portfolio Manager you can look forward to becoming part of a Global ATC/ C3 team that consists of 13 colleagues based in different countries i.e., Denmark, Scotland, Poland, Belgium the US and Canada.
Working internationally with many interfaces, departments and aspects of daily work is our way of sharing the work and success of many customers around the globe. We solve problems together and stand in for each other; team play, flexibility, and a can-do attitude are for us the most important factors for customer satisfaction.
Your primary responsibilities and tasks will be:
Good interpersonal and communication skills
To succeed in the role, you are good at building relationships across cultures and can get commitment from both internal and external stakeholders. Apart from having good communication and coordination skills, you are proactive in your daily work.
You have a quality mind-set and high analytical and conceptual skills. You are highly engaged, have a positive mind-set and an open mind. You work independently, like taking responsibility and enjoy a collaborative and ambitious environment with many simultaneous tasks and changing priorities, while handling deadlines.

- Manage problem solving activities and projects on existing or new solutions based on own or customer feedback.
- Together with the team, plan, design, and help developing technical solutions to satisfy current and future business requirements.
- Ensure sufficient documentation of the technical design, maintenance, and support of technical solutions.
- Communicate with stakeholders to determine what a system needs to accomplish

- You hold a technical degree in audio, electronics, mechanics
- Several years of experience in solving complex technical issues
- Able to manage multiple technical projects
- Previous success in a technical role and people management
- Highly detail-oriented and skilled at problem-solving
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Fluency in English is a must in both oral and written
