We are looking for a new colleague with passion for financial processes, risk and controls within Group Accounting. Your key responsibilities will be
Assist in the continuously improve the Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) framework Supporting the mapping of financial processes Identity relevant risks and internal control activities Administer and supervise the control performers and managers about our internal control tool (Impero) Handle the periodically follow up of the control activities Perform tests of controls for design and operational effectiveness, as needed Participate in the reporting on the status of the ICFR plan status and results to the Audit Committee and management Support the understanding of the importance of internal controls within Headquarter and affiliates both from a distance and on site.
Your qualifications
You have a degree in business administration or finance and experience with financial processes, preferably with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, controlling governance, risk management or auditing within an international organization. It will be an advantage but not a must if you have experiences in creating flowcharts.
As a person you are structured and supportive. You can handle multiple efforts concurrently and possess the ability to interact with various stakeholders to successfully collect needed information. You are action oriented and proactive with a drive for execution. Entering a global organization also requires an open mind including the ability to create a constructive dialogue and collaboration across cultural, professional and geographical borders, in English. To succeed you must have excellent organizational skills and a positive attitude without losing eye for detail.
