In the digital innovation department in the DSV headquarters, we work to create the transport and logistics solutions of the future. We are a small team of businesspeople, developers, and designers, who are passionate about creating solutions that will be used to improve the industry throughout the globe.
As a business analyst in digital innovation, you will work on understanding the business, the customers, and the technological opportunities in the market. You will drive projects that have the potential to change the industry. You will communicate with everyone from frontline employees to C-level management on innovation topics. You will work together with technical teams to translate market needs to working products.
Your key tasks will include:
Your profile:
The ideal profile is a generalist who can quickly pick up on new topics. You are curious, outgoing, proactive, and result driven. You like to take on new challenges and want to do whatever is needed to achieve the objective. You might have an education from business school, IT university, or engineering. You have business acumen and are tech-savvy. You have an interest in understanding what is and drive to make a change.
Furthermore, we emphasise the following:
You will be working in our headquarters in Hedehusene, Denmark, having days with diverse tasks and communication with colleagues around the world. You can expect an international culture and personal and honest communication with your team. Travel should be expected to a limited degree.

- Create communication material to promote projects

Your profile:
The ideal profile is a generalist who can quickly pick up on new topics. You are curious, outgoing, proactive, and result driven. You like to take on new challenges and want to do whatever is needed to achieve the objective. You might have an education from business school, IT university, or engineering. You have business acumen and are tech-savvy. You have an interest in understanding what is and drive to make a change.
Furthermore, we emphasise the following:
- Great communication skills
- A degree in business or tech
- Direct or consulting experience from a large corporate organisation
- Fluent in English (Danish is a benefit, but not a requirement)
