DSV is looking for an IT Business Analyst, who will be responsible for analyzing and designing business processes within the compliance, insurance, procurement, and customs areas. Furthermore, you will be creating requirements documentation in the form of use-cases so that our agile IT department can develop customer-centric applications.
As IT Business Analyst, you will be the link between the business and IT, anchored in Global IT, and you will play an important role as a trusted partner to our business.

You will be a part of the Finance, HR, Compliance and Group IT vertical within Global IT. The area counts 150+ employees worldwide, so you will be part of an international team. The function is undergoing a transformation and we need your competencies to succeed!
Design and optimize business processes
You will create process overviews by facilitating workshops and dialogues. You will detail the processes into requirements for the IT department, so that they can build and operate the systems according to business needs and requirements. Some of your tasks will be:

You have experience with analysing and documenting business processes and translating to IT requirements – and you are good at understanding business needs and building relationships with stakeholders on all organisational levels.
Taking on responsibility comes naturally to you, and you have a structured and proactive mindset. Moreover, you are a true communicator who manifest yourself in the way you interact with colleagues and business owners from many different cultures.

- Analysing the structure of a business area, how it uses technology and what its goals are, in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Formulating ways for the business to optimise processes and improve their ways of working with respect to best use of IT
- Create process design and use cases to be used for development and optimisation of processes and IT systems
- Involved in the implementation of new technology and systems
- Running smaller workshops and training sessions
We are looking for a person with business process qualifications
You have experience with analysing and documenting business processes and translating to IT requirements – and you are good at understanding business needs and building relationships with stakeholders on all organisational levels.
Taking on responsibility comes naturally to you, and you have a structured and proactive mindset. Moreover, you are a true communicator who manifest yourself in the way you interact with colleagues and business owners from many different cultures.
Additionally, you have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science or another relevant field
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience with IT business process and application analysis
- Experience within agile development and ITIL from a large IT installation or corporation
- Experience with facilitating and documenting process workshops
- An interest or experience within the compliance, insurance, procurement and/or customs area
- Experience with working with regulated business areas
- Experience with documentation of business processes and IT requirements
- Advanced English communication skills
- Excellent people skills and the ability to acclimate into a fast-paced dynamic environment
