Join Operational Insight – we enable fact-based decision making
Based out of our office in Hedehusene, Denmark, you will be joining the newly established Operational Insight team, which is part of Global IT. The team’s purpose is to centralise our business intelligence and reporting needs, with the mission to enable fact-based decision-making and provide transparency and visibility in the Global IT organisation.
You will be part of a global team. Your team members – mainly reporting specialists – are located in both Denmark and Poland. The team itself is still being built, so you will be able to make your mark on how the team is shaped.

Ensure transparency through great data models
As our new business analyst, you will take on the role of reporting specialist, deep-diving into data, building robust data models and optimising reporting. In doing so, you will contribute to the mission of providing transparency and visibility cross Global IT.
While a lot of your time will be spent working closely with data, you will also be collaborating and engaging with other business analysts and stakeholders across the organisation on a daily basis. At first, you will be participating in projects in collaboration with a senior reporting specialist, but in time, you will get to take ownership of projects yourself.

Strong technical background and good collaboration skills
You will thrive in this role if you are detail-oriented and love to play with data. You should also enjoy working constructively in teams, as well as on your own. At the same time, you have a flair for visualizing data, making it presentable and understandable outside to a non-technical audience.

- Establishing automated reporting around Global IT KPIs
- Helping establish data models for a wide range of Global IT reporting
- Helping develop, manage, and maintain reporting templates and guidelines
- Maintaining reporting and data documentation

Strong technical background and good collaboration skills

We also imagine that you have:
- An advanced degree within data science, computer science, business, or similar
- Some experience with data modelling and data analysis
- Advanced knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI
- Great English communication skills – both written and orally
- Have a technical mindset and are able to work in a structured manner
