Coloplast Wound & Skin Care

Our Wound & Skin Care business is on an exciting growth journey, which we are looking to accelerate further. To help deliver on this ambition, we are looking for another great talent to join our Commercial Excellence team.

As Commercial Excellence Manager, you will be working in an international setting with lots of interaction with global colleagues. While your primary objective is to maximize the value of our CRM solution, you will also be responsible for delivering other commercial projects across the entire Wound & Skin Care business. The projects are diverse and involve stakeholders from all levels of the organization. Depending on the project, you are expected to be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Your priorities will be two-fold:

  1. As your most important priority, you will help us maximize the value of our CRM solution, Salesforce.com, by ensuring successful implementation, analyzing insights and translating these into new initiatives and recommendations
  2. You will work on commercial projects such as investment cases and commercial plans. In doing so, you will be working in close collaboration with our markets and key HQ stakeholders

To be successful in this role, it is essential that you enjoy working in a matrix organization with a multitude of stakeholders. You need strong communications skills, high level of cultural sensitivity and an ability to getting people to work with you.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure Salesforce.com supports the business by:
    • Working closely with our markets to ensure successful implementation
    • Leveraging insights from CRM and provide recommendations to drive business value

  • Work on important commercial projects such as investment cases and commercial plans
  • Deliver key frontline effectiveness projects such as customer segmentation & targeting, incentives structure projects, etc.
  • Up to 30-50 travel days to be expected – exact amount is dependent on how the COVID-19 pandemic unfolds

Professional qualifications
We believe the ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

  • Master Degree, preferable in business management
  • Strong analytical toolbox and commercial understanding
  • Great problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Super user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint – experience with Power BI is an advantage
  • 2-4 years’ work experience from either corporate/commercial development functions or management consulting
  • Excellent English skills
