Specific responsibilities for IT delivery team include:
• Own end-to-end financial planning and spend forecast cycles for various products and solutions
• Develop an understanding of critical business performance drivers and support decision making
• Lead periodic and ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting in support of executive management
• Manage the financial processes and workflow with the team in India
• Lead or participate in cross-functional, intra-divisional and/or global finance projects
• Develop forward looking financial views, analyse performance against financial plans to provide value-added commentary encompassing past, present, and future performance
• Recommend and implement process improvements to achieve better results; Follow standards and ensure compliance with corporate policies
• Build strong partnerships/relationships with a broad range of cross-functional and global stakeholders
Required experience:
Minimum three years of experience in analytical positions within finance, management reporting, financial planning and analysis and/or strategy consultancy (preferably supporting IT functions).
Required skills:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, finance or accounting.
- Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong logical and analytical capacity with high attention to details.
- Collaboration across functions, teams and geographies.
- Strong ownership and accountability.
- Result driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possesses strong business judgement and can frame issues in the context of the big picture
