The Lean Portfolio office supports delivery of the Cyber Security Platform and facilitates close alignment of the Cyber Security Platform and the Business facing platforms. The tasks and scope of the Lean Portfolio office is based on Scaled Agile Framework ensuring the agile methodology is fully implemented into the Agile Release Trains within Cyber Security.

The support role will play a key role in supporting delivery and will be responsible for the following tasks:
•Manage and execute the management and reporting process for the Cyber Security Platform
•Track and report on delivery of the cyber security backlog including the following perspectives:
- Business reviews
- Key Performance / Risk Indicators (KPIs / KRIs), Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Capability uplift
•Collating the above metrics into an appropriate format to a high level of quality for monthly review meetings
•Analysing the metrics to identify trends, co-relations, improvement opportunities and tying it back to business-critical processes
•Drive the defined financial governance process:
- Agile budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with the relevant Finance Partner.
- Support resource planning and forecasting.
•Engage with stakeholders inside and outside the platform as part of the platform delivery and tracking
•Drive and manage risk logging of the Cyber Platform delivery
•Managing the tactical portfolio view for Cyber Security.
•Support generic Agile processes within the Cyber Security Platform.
•Managing third party engagement and onboarding
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to be understood by both technical and non-technical personnel
•Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple tasks
•Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills at both a technical and non-technical level
•Able to work in a collaborative environment
•Ability to drive process teams to understand reporting situation, explores options and come to consensus on preferred solution
