Key responsibilities
As Finance Business Partner for Service Delivery & Ocean Execution transformation and digitization, you will support our Ocean Business in two of our key strategic agenda items for the coming years.
• Bringing our customer delivery promise to live and driving our customer centricity agenda of becoming an industry leader and offering top class service to our customers.
• Supporting the transformation and digitization agenda within Ocean Execution, preparing the company for the future.
As part of the above, you will consolidate performance stories and support stakeholder’s decision-making process. Your key tasks will include:
• Partnering: Contribute to form business decisions and enable follow-up. Drive scenario analysis and business case development towards senior leadership. Perform ad-hoc analysis and bring insights to the business based on their needs.
• Performance management: Drive accurate, timely and aligned reporting of financial and operational performance indicators.
Act as the analytical anchor point for performance reviews, drive follow ups and gap-to-plan closure. Perform financial planning with input from relevant stakeholders. Ensure quality in communication of performance.
• Opportunity and pipeline management: Provide forward looking and independently initiated analysis. Be the subject matter expert for given areas.
• Continuous improvement: Drive simplification, analytics tools and automation of reporting.
We are looking for
You have a Master’s degree in finance or economics combined with three to five years of work experience from analytical positions within finance, FP&A, management reporting, or equivalent.
Furthermore you:
• Have a thorough understanding of finance and a sincere interest in understanding the business to drive performance and value.
• Are result driven and have a strong logical and analytical capacity, being well organized with high attention to detail.
• Are used to and enjoy working in a challenging, fast paced and changing environment dealing with a lot of different tasks at the same time.
• Enjoy working with uncertainty and non-standard tasks, applying own creativity and knowledge to design solutions.
• Have a process-oriented mindset.
• Are a self-starter with a strong driving force, striving for continuous improvement and wanting to solve problems even if finding answers is not easy.
• Are a strong team player with the ability to engage with, challenge and influence multiple stakeholders.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong integrity and collaboration mindset that goes well with people at all levels in a global organization.
• Are skilled in Excel and PowerPoint, while experience from BI systems
