About the role
As our new part-time/flexible financial controller, you will be supporting the CEO, various departments and our bookkeeper.
Furthermore, you will have following responsibilities:
The position is 20-30 hours per week; therefore, it is a good position for an experienced candidate looking for a high level of work-life balance and/or a young upcoming SaaS interested person that would like to work in an organization that attracts international attention.

Recruitment process
We will not ask you to forward a resume or a cover letter. We wish to give all applicants the opportunity to show their competencies. That is why we will instead ask you to sign up to solve a relevant case, which will be assessed by Karsten Rendemann. All case submissions will receive written feedback.
We expect you to be able to solve the case in approximately 60-90 minutes. The case is available once you sign up.
After the case we will select candidates to take a talent test, TT-38, and then arrange an interview if your profile match our expectations.

- Enhance our SaaS metrics KPI modeling and analysis.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and reporting.
- Create useful and automated financial processes.
- Liquidity budgeting.
- Payment reporting and follow up with customers.
- Invoicing of clients.
- Cooperation with our bookkeeper.
The position is 20-30 hours per week; therefore, it is a good position for an experienced candidate looking for a high level of work-life balance and/or a young upcoming SaaS interested person that would like to work in an organization that attracts international attention.
To succeed in this position, you preferably
- Have experience from similar positions.
- Are highly analytical.
- Can take responsibility for the planning and execution of your tasks.
- Have experience from working with at least one BI tool.
- Find SaaS and startup metrics interesting and would like to grow with our company.
