As a Senior Rewards Partner you will work closely with Global Rewards Partners to support our key stakeholders and provide advanced Rewards expertise to impact the achievement of our business goals positively.
You’ll leverage past experience and deep knowledge along with an ability to build trust and respect to analyse and propose solutions for complex issues and present with credibility to senior stakeholders.
You will take the lead on rewards projects and issues that are relevant within specific business contexts and ensure our Rewards tools are used to create positive business outcomes and people impact.
Specifically, you will lead the Rewards aspects of M&A Deals, including:
• Leading Rewards due diligence, pre-integration planning and project management on multiple concurrent acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate transactions
• Providing expertise support and solutions on Executive Compensation, CXO contracts & Key talent retention
• Delivering cost proposal and budget input
• Managing rewards projects on design and integration of compensation plans, rewards policies, salary review, job levelling, comp analysis in the context of business and people strategy
• Building M&A Rewards capability within the organisation
You will also support and manage report writing, project planning, data analysis, and development of presentation material as well as change management and Rewards capabilities building of HR in acquired companies.

• Experience with M&A Rewards
• Creative Problem-solving skills
• Strong ownership mentality, result orientationand ability to deliver quality outcomes
• Strong collaboration and coaching skills ability to influence without authority and experience navigating through multinational matrix organisations
• Resilience tenacity and ability to manage ambiguity
• Strong project management, planning and change management skills across multiple geographies
• An analytical mindset
