Maersk is going through unprecedented change, and we are looking for a motivated and efficient student assistant for the Risk Management team to help us navigate this journey. You will be part of an engaged and knowledgeable group of five people that work with Insurance and Underwriting and help us protect Maersk’s business by ensuring that the business have adequate insurance covers in place.

Key responsibilities
In the position as student assistant, you will support the Insurance Specialists, the Head of Underwriting as well as the Head of Risk Management and Maersk Insurance A/S.
· Assist to collect risk information from the business (values, revenue, headcount…) and structure/gather in approved formats
· Update Share-point site with relevant information
· Contribute to development and maintenance of automation solutions for the risk transfer process
· Administration and renewal of insurance coverage in DK (project specific and people related)
· Responsible for monthly exposure updates
· Assist Insurance Specialists with queries from business
· Responsible for annual premium overview
· Verification of invoices and policy documentation
· Assist Head of Underwriting with ad hoc tasks and presentations to the business (ppt and xls)
· Insure timely payment from the business
· Contract reviews using approved format

We are looking for a bachelor student that can work approximately 20 hours per week. Being able to work with numbers and in excel is a plus.
