Join our team at Maersk as a Pricing Value Realization Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in owning and driving the overall Pricing Value Realization Tracking process. Your responsibilities will include coordinating senior management updates, maintaining a holistic view of priorities and progress, and driving awareness of deliverables and value creation through internal communication channels.

The Role:

As Pricing Value Realization Manager, you are the ‘glue’ bringing all the pieces together. You’ll work closely with business, technical and finance partners and will know your way around an Excel spreadsheet to drill down on the relevant pieces of information and make data driven decisions. You’ll speak the language of our partners but be able to adjust your communications depending on your audience. You’ll have excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to effectively manage a program of work through to delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the Pricing roadmap- and Value Realization Tracking process, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our business objectives and strategies.

  • Coordinate senior management updates, providing clear and engaging communication of progress and priorities that inspires action.

  • Maintain a holistic view of priorities and progress across the Pricing Initiative, guiding attention to specific deliverables and focus areas with warmth and clarity.

  • Drive awareness of deliverables and value creation for individual sub-initiatives and the Pricing Initiative overall through internal communication channels, fostering a sense of shared purpose and achievement.

  • Own internal audit cases for BeP (Business Enabling Platform) overall and ensure these are proactively addressed and solutions implemented.

  • Conduct ongoing reviews and follow-ups anchored around our monthly BeP MPRs (Monthly Performance Reviews), infusing warmth and encouragement into accountability.



Qualifications:

  • Experience in pricing, revenue management, or related areas, preferably within the shipping or logistics industry.

  • Strong analytical skills coupled with a knack for transforming complex data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with different target audiences. You’ll have an engaging demeanor that builds rapport with senior management and cross-functional teams.

  • A proven track record of project/ program management and delivering results in dynamic environments.



  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders while maintaining a personal touch and attention to detail.
