Ambitious Business Analyst for Joe & the JuiceJoe & The Juice was established in 2002 by Kaspar Basse with the first store opening in Copenhagen. By 2017 the number had grown to nearly 300 stores, including several international markets. You become part of something bigger and will have multinational colleagues where engagement, team spirit, social life and joy is a natural ingredient in work life.Your roleWe are looking for a skilled and ambitious Business Analyst to strengthen the analytic base in order to support the business.Your tasks will primarily be analysing and visualising data for use in the organisation, giving the management a solid basis for decision from the different scenarios you present.You might have experience from a similar role and probably hold a MSc in Economics & Business Administration. You have solid business acumen and strong communication skills. You have solid technical and mathematical understanding as well as strong communication skills. You have a strong personal drive, proactive and able to transact business.You are curious, be a dedicated team player and take ownership of your work.Your tasksScheduling and controlling the monthly, quarterly, yearly turnover budget processes and on-going forecasting.Ad-hoc strategically/operationally analysis and assistance to top management to support fact-based decision making.Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to top management and the Board regarding agreed key deliverables and production plans.Responsible for further development as well as compilation of monthly management reporting to the Board and Audit Committee with key market insights.Responsible for maintenance and development of key BI reports such as Turnover, SOC (4-wall EBITDA) by markets, OH (Overhead), HQ, EO (extraordinary) and Company Cards in cooperation with IT, Finance, SC and HR.Your qualificationsBachelor’s degree or MSc.Minimum 2 – 3 years of work experience with Data Analytics (e.g. machine learning, visualization, simulation and data analytics).Know how to fill in your role effectively in an entrepreneurial organisation.Fluent orally and in writing in Danish and in English.Very structured and with strong analytic skills.Excellent Excel user, PowerPoint and Word.Creative approach to optimise processes regardless of size and complexity.How to applyERHR – Effective Recruitment handles this recruitment, why all enquiries and applications must go through our application system.Your candidacy will not be known to Joe & The Juice before you confirm your accept.If you have any questions, please contact Lars Toft on + 45 27225420 [email protected] for the job via the application form atwww.erhr.dkApplication deadline: As soon as possible.We look forward to hearing from you.
