We are looking for a Business Analyst to work in the Passenger Tribe in the Thecnology & Innovation Division in DFDS A/S.
This role will primarily be with the Retail Team but also with the other partners, stakeholders delivering into the “eCommerce for Retail” project.
The role will deal with processes and software that cover the making retail articles available in our webshops, through to a transaction completion and collection.

You will sit between an internal team as well as some external vendors / providers, and several organisationally different stakeholders.
The role will involve being embedded into a development team where you will be part of the team and contribute to the solutions and objectives that the team is working on.

Key responsibilities:
- Investigation of business processes, customer / user journeys
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop new processes where needed
- Contributing to PBI writing/refinement
- Bug identification and writing into backlog
- Contributing to UAT testing
- Contributing super-User training & support
- Bridge between business and Tribe
- Bridge between internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders
Preferred candidate skills:
- Great communication / coordination skills
- Proactive mindset and intellectual curiosity
- Enthusiasm to learn and build the solutions both tech & process
- Good understanding of eMarketing, and retail preferable
- Experience with Product Information Management solution preferable
- Structured and methodical approach to work
- Ability to work independantly
- Confident mindset and willingness for occasional travel
