Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Company (CISC) – a service provider working exclusively for the global fund management company Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), is currently looking for a Financial Associate to join the team in Copenhagen, Denmark
As an Financial Associate you will join the CISC Europe team in Copenhagen. You will play a key role in the team, which is responsible for the financial analysis, reporting and forecasting of assets managed by Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP). Your tasks will include maintaining complex financial models, providing financial analysis, valuation, and decision support to CIP´s Investment Management team, as well as participate in the performance management and reporting for the funds managed by CIP.

The right candidate
As the ideal candidate you hold a university degree within Economics, Finance or similar combined with at least two years of work experience as a Financial Analysis where you have gained excellent financial modelling and valuation skills from previous roles in investments firms, banks, corporate finance, or transaction advisory companies. Furthermore, you prioritise and coordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are being met and can keep attention to detail under time pressure. You are a self-starter who takes ownership, drives processes forward while navigating in a fast-paced environment. As you are used to working in an international setting, you have excellent English skills.

- Developing and maintaining complex financial models for the assets
- Preparing quarterly valuation reports
- Delivering ad hoc financial analysis of investments, helping pinpoint opportunities and risks
- Provide robust and detailed analytics to all stakeholders incl. co-investors
- Other ad hoc tasks, including participation in refinancing and divestment processes.
