You will join our BI and Business Analytics department
With a strong strategic focus on BI and analytics from top management, we are in a BI transformation process unleashing our potential and now creating value for the business working with BI and data globally, thus we are currently expanding significantly in the team. The role as Business Analyst is a new position placed in the heart off our advanced analytics team in Copenhagen working across Ramboll’s markets and units globally.
We are also responsible for advanced disciplines like Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning supporting Ramboll’s business units globally. The purpose of our team is among others to identify new great BI and Advanced Analytics business cases in Ramboll, to give advisory on BI and Advanced Analytics possibilities to business users, make sure all BI and Advanced Analytics solutions in production runs smoothly, train users in the new solutions, handle change request and support incidents etc.
Our clients are internal business units like Sales and Marketing, Finance, HR, Project Excellence etc.
You will report to Senior Team Lead for BI and Analytics.
Your key tasks and responsibilities
You will have an important role working within Ramboll’s value chain supporting with better data insight. Thus, you will conduct analyses based on HR, Sales and Marketing, Finance data enabling the business to get greater insight and make decisions supported by correct data.
You will work closely with your colleagues and advise stakeholders in all our support functions at different organizational levels – from employee to Executive level such as HR Reward partner and HR Director.

- Data deep dive

- Data reporting
- Feasibility studies
Your starting point for constant growth
From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:
- Master of Science in Finance, Mathematics, Data and Analytics or like
- 1-3 years of experience from a similar role, preferably working with HR Analytics in a bigger company or consultancy
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate data to non-data people
- Ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English
