A range of specialist knowledge and input is needed to efficiently run Ramboll’s international projects that have expat staff, and attract local tax registrations, permanent establishments, withholding taxes, social security costs, payroll taxes, etc. To succeed in this new established role, you must have a strong project finance background, a flavour for tax and regulatory matters and strong stakeholder management skills. You will become a part of Finance & Accounting a well-functioning and committed team of 16 employees, who all work to ensure and maintain a high professional level in accounting, VAT and tax.

Ramboll operates a range of cross border projects with special requirements, relating to taxation, staff work in foreign countries, etc. In this new established role, you will be responsible to coordinate compliant, consistent and adequate finance services on international projects, primarily owned by our DK and UK country organisations. In addition, you will yourself take responsibility on selected projects for reporting to local Tax Authorities and preparation of supporting accounting material.
You will work with Senior Stakeholders in specialised functions building and sharing best practice in Group Tax, F&A, Global Mobility, Controlling and Ramboll staff in destination countries.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for reporting to local Tax Authorities and preparation of supporting accounting material on selected projects
- Manage and coordinate the process flow within and between relevant functions to ensure project compliance regarding PE, Mobility assignments, special taxation requirements, etc.
- Coordinate ongoing follow-up on the DK project portfolio to ensure relevant projects are identified, investigated and information is shared and stored centrally, potentially project portfolio of UK or other countries to follow
- Maintain shared calendar of compliance deadlines, develop and maintain relevant process flows and descriptions
- Go-to person for the business for compliance cost in business cases/tenders
- Project specialist for foreign countries
- Set-up in ERP System, Ramboll compliance with external requirements, esp. foreign countries, financial risk management

- Finance and / or Accounting background with a strong sense of international project economics e.g. Auditor, Business Controller, Financial Controller, Tax or Global Mobility Consultant, etc.
- A relevant Master degree e.g. MSc in Business Administration and Commercial Law, Auditing, Economics, Finance, etc.
- Strong project and process management skills
- Experienced with permanent establishment and international projects
- Knowledgeable about taxation, legal and regulatory matters
You are a strong communicator with a business focused approach and ability to structure and coordinate the input of specialists to secure the best service to project and business leaders.
