You will join our Cost Management department
Our Cost Management department consist of 18 employees spread across Denmark, Finland, Germany and India. In the role as IT Finance Business Partner and Team Lead you will be responsible for our Global IT controlling team. You will work from our Headquarter in Copenhagen and report to the Finance Director and Head of Cost Management.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
You will lead our Global IT controlling team consisting of 4 Controllers, 2 in Denmark and 2 in India.
You will be working with senior leaders, Controllers and Finance Partners to coordinate consolidated reporting for business reviews and stakeholder communication and you will be Business Partner to the functional leaders within your area of responsibility.
You will produce workable solutions to a range of problems and demonstrate an understanding of how one issue can be part of a bigger picture. You will establish timely assessment of risk / opportunities and transform these into high quality recommendations or solutions.
The primary part of the role will be to ensure monthly sparring with our functional global IT management team based on reporting to ensure commitment and drive planning and analysis.

Job content consists of but is not limited to:
- Lead the Global IT controlling team and develop the team into becoming Business Partners to the functional directors
- Be Business Partner to the Global IT functional management team
- Drive planning, controlling and reporting for our Global IT Function including budget and forecast processes
- Drive the monthly closing process and ensure proper reflection of financial results on P/L and balance sheet
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of reporting on cost levels, cost allocations, impacts on business units and key performance indicators to leadership team and governance boards for areas of responsibility
- Perform ad hoc analysis and drive changes in behaviour and processes for the area you support, as well as the support functions in general
- Drive standardization and alignment across the global support Functions
- Participating in relevant management meetings
- Participate in development and alignment of the Ramboll Controller role in general
- Drive the development of Power BI reports for the Functional Support Managers, and the business managers receiving the cost
Your starting point for constant growth

- A relevant master degree e.g. in Economics and Business Administration or similar
- 5+ years of experience within Cost Controlling, preferably from a Team Leader position in a global role
- Candidates with experience with Cost Allocation are preferred
- Good communication skills in Danish and English
- Experience in using PowerBI and PowerPivot is a plus
