This is a great opportunity for a commercial- and strategic minded Finance Business Analyst to join Bellagroup’s Finance team and impact the company’s digital journey for a more sustainable future. In this role you will drive the digital finance agenda across the group activities, which includes three hotels, Bella Arena and Bella Center. Analysis of historic data through close collaboration with the business, and visualization of big data will create the foundation to make data-driven and informed decisions. In this position, it is expected that you will provide perspective and challenge status quo.
The Finance Business Analyst will be the point of contact in all business intelligence matters, maintaining a close relationship with key stakeholders within the organization, and take lead in improving the digital business finance journey.

In this role, you will become part of a team of highly dedicated and motivated finance specialists, with a direct report to the Director of Finance. You will be based in our Headquarter office located in the International House at Bella Center and will have a close collaboration with all teams, commercial and operational, across Bellagroup.

Opgaver
This role will be essential in shaping the way we process and present insights from our financial data, ensuring solid insights, measured in tangible outcomes. It is therefore expected that the Finance Business Analyst will take ownership and great responsibility within the following areas:
- Data management – managing all disciplines related to data as a valuable resource, ensuring optimum data architecture to secure the group’s data flow efficiently from all sources
- Data visualization – build user friendly Power BI reports and dashboards that will provide key insights to stakeholders
- Maintain a close dialogue with key stakeholders across the organization, identifying potential areas of improvement, and present solutions that will support the group’s long-term strategy
- Work proactively together with the finance and accounting team to maintain and improve systems and processes. Being the point-of-contact between the organization and key suppliers of IT systems.
- Be an active part of the Finance team, delivering tools to ease the forecast- & budget process, as well as monthly reporting
- Meeting key deadlines and being the go-to person in data management decisions
- Financial modelling and valuation
- Support ad hoc business cases and participate in providing perspective through data analysis and visualization
