Do you want to join our team who leads an international data privacy program?</p><p>We are looking for an experienced data privacy specialist with a background in information security, compliance or a related field for our growing Global Data Privacy Excellence Team working  in an in-house global function with dedicated legal and compliance employees. To succeed in this role, you must have a proactive attitude and experience with GDPR and implementing global processes. Combining local experience with global knowledge, we help shape the society of tomorrow.</p><p><strong>You will join our Global Data Privacy Team </strong></p><p>In this position you will be a key member of our Global Data Privacy Team – with dedicated and skilled colleagues – who drives, develops, and monitors compliance with our Global Data Privacy Programme across 35 plus countries. The position has international reach and is located in Ramboll’s Group Business Integrity function in Ramboll’s headquarter in Copenhagen, Denmark.</p><p>You will report directly to Ramboll’s Global Head of Data privacy. We value good teamwork, an informal and positive atmosphere and mutual respect.</p><p><strong>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</strong></p><ul><li>Leading guidance and support to Data Privacy Managers placed in Ramboll’s business units and functions, including in the event of data breaches</li><li>Being a key subject matter expert in the Global Data Privacy Team</li><li>Driving our global digitalisation journey and heading up development projects</li><li>Contributing to continuous improvement and digitisation of our internal processes</li><li>Oversight and monitoring of progress of our global compliance level</li></ul><p>Your starting point for constant growth</p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. As a successful candidate you need:</p><ul><li>A bachelor or master’s degree in a relevant field </li><li>At least 5 years’ experience supporting data privacy activities, preferably in an international organisation, including handling of data breaches</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. This includes the ability to explain complex compliance points to data privacy managers and business leaders with varying degrees of experience with compliance matters</li><li>To be methodical and thorough and to be able to keep a clear mind in a busy and dynamic environment</li><li>To be able to prioritize tasks in a fast paced, agile working environment with quick turnaround times and meet deadlines</li><li>Professional proficiency in English verbally and in writing as our corporate language is English</li><li>To enjoy working with different cultures in a global environment</li><li>Certifications such as CIPP-E, ISO27001, CIPPT, CIPM and CISM are an asset</li></ul><p><strong>How to apply</strong></p><p>Apply online.
