Business Analyst – CRM, Copenhagen

To help us raise the bar even further, we are looking to hire a highly skilled Business Analyst, who has a great interest for business processes and is able to reinforce our CRM team by building both internal and client facing CRM features that enable the business to improve efficiency, quality, and client experience. You will be reporting to the Head of Business Solutions and be a part of our growing Business Solutions function, and be collaborating closely with our customer facing units, operations and reporting teams. You will also be liaising with the Legal and Compliance departments to secure the legal and regulatory aspects of new requirements and collaborate closely with our engineering team and be an integrated part of the end-to-end delivery of new functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Map AS-IS and TO-BE workflows
- Scope new features
- Write requirements in the form of user stories
- Deliver new features with consideration to impact stakeholders
- Train end-users in the use of new features
- Ensure building the right solutions to the problems we prioritized to solve
- Secure delivery of products in line with scope and delivery road maps
- Secure internal or commercial success of the solutions delivered
Skills & Qualifications
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a relevant educational background and a demonstrated capability from an applicable role where you have gained a minimum of 3 years of experience working as Business Analyst. If you have previous experience working with the CRM application it will be seen as a clear advantage. We expect you to have demonstrated ability to dissect and restructure complex business challenges and a sharp eye for optimization. As a person you are a dependable, approachable and curious team-player, who knows the value of clear and effective communication and likes working in the cross-field between technologies and businesses processes. You are able to engage with both business units within Banking Circle as well as clients to understand their processes, needs and specific pains. As Banking Circle is an international company it´s a requirement, that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. The position will be based at Banking Circles Office in Copenhagen.
