Bid Coordinator – Energy Systems

Do you want to contribute your skills and passion for bid coordination to win projects in the energy sector?  Do you want to join our global energy systems team and further develop your skills in Global Sales & Business Development?</p><p> </p><p>If this sounds like you, or you’re curious to learn more, then this role could be the perfect opportunity.</p><p>Join our Client and Market team in the Energy Systems department as our new Bid Coordinator and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Your new role</strong></p><p>As our new Bid Coordinator - Energy Systems, you will be part of our Client & Market team, supporting our district heating and electricity supply experts in developing quotes. You will be based in our office in Ørestad, but you will work with colleagues all over the world. Your focus will primarily with international projects, but the bids will target both Danish and international customers. The energy sector is growing rapidly, and you will play a crucial role in marketing our services and helping us take part in projects that support the green energy transition.</p><p> </p><p>Your key responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Support the Bid Manager in driving bids for Power Systems and District Energy.</li><li>Responsible for the overall editorial and visual output of the proposal including CVs and references.</li><li>Maintain our CVs and reference database</li><li>Assist Subject Matter Experts and Sales Responsible with power-point presentations</li><li>Scanning proposal databases for new tenders.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Your new team</strong></p><p>You will be part of our Client & Market team in our Energy Systems division.
