We are looking for a Risk Manager with the ability to see issues from a strategic perspective, as well as to play an integral role in providing the expertise necessary to support Personal Banking Denmark managing their non-financial risks.
As a Risk Manager you will advise and support PeB DK in understanding and addressing non-financial risks. This is an opportunity for you to interact with business stakeholders in many different non-financial risk issues.

Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Risk Management, where we:
- Provide a holistic risk view to support the business in their daily risk management, as well as manage, control and report on non-financial risk to ensure adequate and proactive risk management
- Coordinate risk-related processes and implementation of e.g. new regulation and mitigating actions
- Advise, train and support managers and employees in non-financial business risk issues to increase risk awareness and formulate risk strategies
- Help decision-makers in understanding consequences of decisions
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders regarding non-financial crime risk related matters and act as a trusted advisor on risk management for the business, as well as support business in enhancing the risk and compliance culture
The role is based in Copenhagen.

Your profile and background:
- You have great analytical skills and the ability to apply them to risk, key risk reporting, analytics, and control designs. You have strong understanding of financial regulation and can create and follow through on strategy for implementing Risk Frameworks
- You have people and stakeholder management skills to provide partnership and commercial insight with personal banking colleagues, while aligning and cooperating with stakeholders such as Global BRIS, GFCP and the 2nd and 3rd line of defence
- You are proactive, able to manage multiple tasks, execution-oriented, very well-organized, with a structured approach and well-developed co-operation skills
- You are able to work independently, conduct analyses and assessments, and draft proposals based on these, while contributing to a great team performance, as well as you understand internal controls frameworks
- Have excellent communication skills and an ability to effectively put the impact through your interactions
- Written and spoken Danish on a professional level is required
