As part of the Treasury team your responsibilities will be focused on proactively supporting the business with relevant analysis and guidance on risk management and governance. This role is new and an addition to a growing Treasury team.
The industry is in transition and moving towards greener fuel. This will impact the risk picture and the team is developing improved reporting and system setup.
As the new Senior Risk Manager, you will also be responsible for the overall ERM setup and make sure always to keep your colleagues updated on a changing risk picture and map any learnings.
You will be part of creating and managing a global risk picture regarding customers, pricing on oil and other growing products, FX transactions, interests and currency. On a yearly basis the Group handles more than 100.000 transactions, ranging up to 20-25MUSD.
You will be working closely together with global risk management colleagues and with the CFO’s for the many sub-brands under the Bunker Holding Group-umbrella.

Success Criteria
- Ability to interact successfully with senior management and all other colleagues
- Ability to navigate in situations with different, strongly argued opinions from various stakeholders
- Successfully building and presenting a precise risk- and governance picture and communicate this to different stakeholders with subsequent guidance
- Delivering on agreed targets
- Actively following up, able to guide and support the business
- Being able to quickly attain knowledge of the business you serve and the market it operates in, understanding technologies, market dynamics and the risk and compliance picture
Functional Competencies
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience from a similar position from either a global company, a bank or consultancy environment
- Can demonstrate a strong knowledge of technology and risk management
- Skilled in stakeholder management and working with Senior Management, both globally, regionally and locally and across management levels
- Solid experience with the use of treasury related IT tools (e.g. Kyriba, Bloomberg, MS-Dynamics, Power BI, Office365)
- Financial modelling skills an advantage
