We are looking for two student employees to help manage risk across BEC
As a part of IT Risk Management you will participate to the daily support to ensure that we are in control of the risk landscape across BEC. This includes both playing an important role in coordinating risk efforts across the organization as well as ensuring correct and timely status reporting.

You will be part of a dynamic team that currently consists of 8 employees with various competencies within e.g. IT risk management, business knowledge, and IT architecture.

In our daily work we use the Office suite (Word, Excel, Teams etc.) as well as the Atlassian suite (JIRA and Confluence).

Primary tasks and responsibilities
As a student employee, you will work closely with many different stakeholders – from system owners to chief executives – who all contribute to the risk process and our deliverables. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and participating in meetings
  • Writing meeting minutes
  • Collecting and processing input for status reporting
  • Preparing status reporting material
  • Assisting the team ad hoc

You have a good understanding of business and working in a political landscape. And it is a big advantage if your studies include relevant business courses, administration, IT etc. Preferably, you have 2 - 3 years left of your studies.

  • Advanced proficiencies in Excel and Word

With colleagues in teams distributed in Denmark and Poland, you must master English and Danish at a high level both in writing and orally.
