With approx. 30 clinics, Audika is the biggest chain of Oticon certified hearing clinics in Denmark. Our professional staff strive on a daily basis to help hearing impaired people hear better. Audika is part of Demant A/S with a revenue of DKK 15 billion and more than 15,000 employees globally.

The Business Development team is based in Audika DK´s headquarter in Smørum. We continuously strive to strengthen our deliveries and profile as premium financial and business partner towards the Management and business units. Consequently, we are looking for a bright, ambitious individual, who can help us set a footprint on the company’s financial and business performance in retail.

The role
We offer you the opportunity to start or/and develop your career in a company with high ambitions for success nationally. You will have a key role in taking Audika and our usage of data to a new level. In doing so you will work closely with highly skilled and experienced colleagues.
Business Development is part of a team consisting of 5 people at the HQ and 3 sales managers that are responsible for our clinical network in Denmark. Furthermore, there is a finance shared service team in Poland with approximate 6 people with direct contact to the Danish team.

You will report to the Business Development Manager of Retail. The scope of the role is broad, and we expect you to be able to understand the business complexity and dig into the details of data in Retail and provide relevant Models and presentations to the management team. You will have a key role in driving the innovation of processes relating to marketing planning, business performance and spending reviews.

Your tasks include:
• Controlling of the monthly reporting from Retail activities around the world
• This includes challenging the monthly reporting and performance
• Monitoring and development of best-practice processes
• Data cleanup- and management
• Understand and analyze the cost structure of products and services provided across locations
• Ad hoc tasks and projects, e.g. make/buy analyses, financial support on business cases etc.

The role is broad which also mean to a large extent you will have the possibility to influence the content of the position.

Experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate has a relevant M.Sc. degree or in the process of writing your master thesis and preferably some experience from a similar position.
You have a natural interest in Data, good financial skills and the ability to understand complexity and create an overview of this. It is important that you thrive in working in a highly complex environment, which to a high degree characterizes Retail.

Preferably you are a super user in Excel and may have experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g. Qlikview, PowerBI or similar).
Your communication skills are good, and you are productive in your work. Also, you have a structured and an analytical approach to your work. You will become part of a strong team and it is important that you are a team-player, yet you also enjoy working independently.
