Business Analyst


Do you wish to work with financial performance metrics, close to the business and portfolio management in a global growth company listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange? Do you have a strong analytical mindset and interest and flair for conducting financial and strategic analysis?

You will have a great opportunity to work across the entire business value chain of a global leading hearing aid company. You will take lead on providing analytical work and business cases to ensure optimal decision making for management.

The department is responsible for controlling of global operations covering both production and the global supply chain, and hereunder identify potential savings. Parallel to this, we help with business cases both for commercial purposes (profit improvement) but also for our product portfolio (launch to phase out). The last part we aim to strengthen with a Business Analyst to help create business cases and drive the mindset in our product portfolio team.

In our overall strategy a main driver to achieve our winning aspiration, is to reduce the global costs of operations. In this role you will have a direct impact on this, simulating the consequences of introducing/ phasing out specific products. Besides this, you will also help with realizing new revenue as part of the role also is to investigate new revenue streams.

The role

  • Drive business case creation for our product strategies and help set direction and priority
  • Full product life cycle business case focus; all the way from road-mapping and business plans to phase-out, from cradle to grave
  • Business case fulfillment of all releases after launch to ensure feedback and learnings are channeled back to relevant stakeholders across all business functions
  • Supporting in continuous improvement of our business case process and templates
  • Support business development in the creation of new revenue models/ streams
  • Assessing financial and commercial implications of choices, and visualize effects of various scenarios
  • Challenge stakeholders and their assumptions
  • Collecting and analysing data across the organization
  • Building the business cases and maintain these updated for relevant meetings including governance boards


Strong Financial skills
The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree within Finance, Business Administration, International Business or similar. You have a strong analytical mindset with flair for IT tools. You can be newly graduated or have 2-3 years of experience within one or more of the following disciplines: Financial management in, extracting and analyzing data from BI or Salesforce, knowledge of other ERP systems (Dynamics AX) and other finance-/planning tools (Power BI). You are a super user of Microsoft Office and experience with large data sets will be considered a plus.

You are good at conducting financial and strategic analysis and formulating outcome to different stakeholders – Sales, Marketing, Operations, R&D. You have business acumen and financial understanding to help drive the “business case mentality and maturity” across the organization.

It is important that you have an outgoing personality in the sense that you proactively like to interact as a business partner that get naturally involved in the business. Your communication skills are above average, and you are proactive and productive in your work. Also, you are a structured personality and have an analytical approach to your work.

You will become part of a strong team and it is important that you are a team player that is good at building relationships in the organization. As a person you find it a positive part of the job that you are sometimes challenged by very high complexity and expectations, while also at other times handle a number of routine tasks as part of your job.
