European Energy is a Danish privately owned company in rapid growth. We construct wind and photovoltaic (PV) projects, from greenfield development to construction, operation, and divestment. We operate globally and employ 27 different nationalities at our HQ in Copenhagen and our offices in Sweden, the UK, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, and Spain. We are looking for a Commercial Asset Manager to join our motivated asset management team. The team is taking the leading role in the commercial and technical management of our renewable energy projects from the commencement of operations.
As our new Commercial Asset Manager, you will coordinate and handle all commercial aspects concerning operations and asset management of the projects. You will assist in the further development of our asset management function and create solid long-term client relationships.

Areas of responsibilities
- Have full commercial responsibility for the PV and wind assets you manage
- Ensure good and trustful relationship with investors, local partners, utilities, PPA partners, landowners, etc. and close collaboration with internal stakeholders e.g., Group Finance, PPA team, and Project team
- Income and expense controlling for projects in operation
- Follow-up on financial budgets incl. deviation analysis and liquidity forecasts
- Contract negotiation and follow-up on contractual obligations (ratios, guarantees, warranties, etc.)
- Commercial and financial optimization
- Investor and bank reporting
Your profile
- You have an university degree within Finance, Economy or similar
- You have relevant work experience, preferably as an Asset Manager, Business Controller, Financial Controller, Financial Analyst or similar
- You have a solid financial understanding
- You have full professional proficiency in Danish and English
