The role
You will be part of our Technical Asset Management Team, which has a leading role in the technical management of our renewable energy projects. The team’s main objective is to optimize assets in operation with a focus on performance optimization and cost minimalization.
As a Technical Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation of renewable assets and you will manage day-to-day technical activities and reporting, as well as ensuring technical optimizations and stakeholder management at multiple levels.

The role
You will be part of our Technical Asset Management Team, which has a leading role in the technical management of our renewable energy projects. The team’s main objective is to optimize assets in operation with a focus on performance optimization and cost minimalization.
As a Technical Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation of renewable assets and you will manage day-to-day technical activities and reporting, as well as ensuring technical optimizations and stakeholder management at multiple levels.
Areas of responsibilities
- Relationship management between investors and third part contractors, such as landowners, power suppliers, TSO, DSO, etc.
- Determining technical troubleshooting of significant failures and following up ordinary maintenance activities
- OPEX budget responsible for technical variations
- Data analysis and KPI management, towards technical performance optimizations
- Filing and managing all technical reporting and documentation
- Internal business case development and presentation of technical optimizations and/or corrections
Professional skills we expect from you
- You hold a bachelor’s degree as a minimum in Renewable Energy, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or similar
- You have 2+ years of work experience preferably in solar/PV projects
- You have strong Microsoft office 365 and data analysis skills
- You master English at a professional level
- Danish or Polish language skills are seen as an advantage
