We cover the entire value chain within wind and solar (PV) projects, from greenfield development to construction, operation, and divestment. Our company of over 350 employees handles a pipeline of more than 15.0 GW of renewable energy in various project stages. We operate globally and employ 30 different nationalities at our HQ in Copenhagen and our offices in Sweden, the UK, Germany, Poland, Italy, Lithuania, and Spain. As our new Asset Management Administrator, you will be an integral part of our Commercial Asset Management Team. Together, we strive to deliver leading management and optimization of our growing wind and solar portfolio. You will primarily be working within the German wind market. Your role will entail taking ownership of administrative and compliance tasks within our team, and drive progress to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work. You will be the point of contact between the team and the relevant authorities. Moreover, you will work on strategic improvements to optimize workflows, structure, and cooperation throughout the whole department.

To thrive in this position, you are structured and have an eye for details without losing sight of the overview. You are a team player, proficient in MS Office and you can operate and navigate quickly in a file system. You have good communication skills, and you thrive in domesticating complex administrative, strategic and compliance tasks on an overall portfolio level.

Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the timely delivery of compliance tasks (e.g. tax-declarations, tax exemptions, etc.)
- Develop awareness of current & future compliance tasks
- Point of contact with relevant authorities
- Development & improvement of operation methods
- Structuring/verifying/filing of relevant documentation
Competencies
- You have relevant experience in mastering administrative tasks
- You are extremely structured and organised in your way of working, and you are proud of making things right
- Ability to prioritise and balance multiple tasks at once, while keeping to strict deadlines
- Full professional proficiency in German and English
- You are experienced in MS Office
