Welcome to the Technical Asset Management Team
You will be part of our Technical Asset Management Team who is responsible for the technical management of our renewable energy projects within solar and wind farms in Europe. Our main goal is to optimize our operating assets with focus on profit, condition, preventive repair and compliance, on behalf of institutional investors.
As our new Technical Asset Manager, you will be technical responsible for our wind farms in Sweden, primarily in the southern area. You will oversee the daily operation of a portfolio of wind assets and you will handle day-to-day technical activities, monitor service and reporting, as well as ensuring technical optimization and stakeholder management at multiple levels.
European Energy has a significant project development pipeline in Sweden and expects to have 200 MW of wind operating assets in Sweden during 2023.

We are looking for you who possess a natural curiosity to constantly optimize our operating assets of wind farms and creatively improve the status quo. You know the details stated in our contracts and can keep the holistic overview of your assets. You have an eye to see if issues may arise and effectively act on it, based on your technical and data-driven approach. And you find it natural to spare with your team and involve relevant stakeholders to continuously ensure the optimal production of the wind farms.

Welcome to the Technical Asset Management Team
You will be part of our Technical Asset Management Team who is responsible for the technical management of our renewable energy projects within solar and wind farms in Europe. Our main goal is to optimize our operating assets with focus on profit, condition, preventive repair and compliance, on behalf of institutional investors.
As our new Technical Asset Manager, you will be technical responsible for our wind farms in Sweden, primarily in the southern area. You will oversee the daily operation of a portfolio of wind assets and you will handle day-to-day technical activities, monitor service and reporting, as well as ensuring technical optimization and stakeholder management at multiple levels.
European Energy has a significant project development pipeline in Sweden and expects to have 200 MW of wind operating assets in Sweden during 2023.
Responsibilities
- You supervise and optimize the operation of a portfolio of Wind farms located in Sweden on behalf of institutional investors
- You ensure positive relationship management between investors and third part contractors, such as maintenance providers, technical experts, grid operators, electricity traders, power suppliers
- You are responsible for OPEX budget and technical optimization through data analysis and KPI Management
- You coordinate and maintain compliance with local permits, environmental and legislative requirements
- You contribute to internal Business Case development and to Technical Asset Management Department quality
Profile
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or similar
- You have 3-5 years of relevant experience within wind or PV projects
- You have a basic technical understanding and are curious on how “it works”
- You have solid skills within data analysis
- You are proficient in English and Swedish both oral and written
- You are confident working in Microsoft office tools
