Commercial Asset Management Associate

Your New Team
We are looking for a German-speaking Associate to join our professional Commercial Asset Management team. The team consists of 6 colleagues located in Hamburg, Germany, and Søborg, Denmark. The team's primary responsibility is to handle commercial asset management of renewable energy projects for external investors and our portfolio of wind parks in Germany.
Your New Role
You will assist with the further development of our asset management function and handle the commercial asset management of our projects in collaboration with the rest of the team. You will learn from Commercial Asset Managers and be able to provide the team with new ideas as well. You will experience an exciting everyday life with the opportunity to develop yourself professionally and personally.

Your New Team
We are looking for a German-speaking Associate to join our professional Commercial Asset Management team. The team consists of 6 colleagues located in Hamburg, Germany, and Søborg, Denmark. The team's primary responsibility is to handle commercial asset management of renewable energy projects for external investors and our portfolio of wind parks in Germany.
Your New Role
You will assist with the further development of our asset management function and handle the commercial asset management of our projects in collaboration with the rest of the team. You will learn from Commercial Asset Managers and be able to provide the team with new ideas as well. You will experience an exciting everyday life with the opportunity to develop yourself professionally and personally.
A Typical Day For You
- You will have commercial responsibility for some wind assets in Germany
- You will assist the Commercial Asset Management team with a variety of administrative and ad-hoc tasks, including handling documents and data, as well as inquiries to business partners and other research tasks
- You will contribute with trustful relationships and have a close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Group Finance, PPA, and the Project team
- You will assist with income and expense control for projects in operation
- You will handle financial budgets follow-ups, including deviation analysis and liquidity forecast
- You will support contract negotiations and follow up on contractual obligations (ratios, guarantees, warranties, etc.)
- You will bring new ideas for commercial and financial optimizations
- You will assist with our investor and bank reporting
Prerequisites To Succeed In The Job
- You have a Master's degree or similar within Finance or Economy
- You are newly graduated with relevant work experience from a student position, alternatively already have a few years of experience from a full-time position
- You have good financial literacy
- You have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- You have full professional proficiency in German and English
