Student Assistant to Group Risk Management & Insurance

You will be part of the Group Risk Management & Insurance department which currently consists of eight colleagues, located across four offices in Denmark and the UK. The department is divided into four areas: Insurance, QHSE, Claims, and Resilience.
As a Student Assistant in Group Risk Management & Insurance, you will work closely with our Business Resilience Coordinator and Head of Risk and support the roll out of our companywide resilience and risk management strategy, including Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity and Crisis Management.
Additionally, you will be supporting our Senior Insurance Specialist in managing the risk transfer of our projects across the organization where you will coordinate with other colleagues as well as with external stakeholders such as insurers and brokers.

Your new team
You will be part of the Group Risk Management & Insurance department which currently consists of eight colleagues, located across four offices in Denmark and the UK. The department is divided into four areas: Insurance, QHSE, Claims, and Resilience.
How you will create an impact
As a Student Assistant in Group Risk Management & Insurance, you will work closely with our Business Resilience Coordinator and Head of Risk and support the roll out of our companywide resilience and risk management strategy, including Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity and Crisis Management.
Additionally, you will be supporting our Senior Insurance Specialist in managing the risk transfer of our projects across the organization where you will coordinate with other colleagues as well as with external stakeholders such as insurers and brokers.
Your key day-to-day tasks will include
- You work with organizational risk awareness and culture.
- You handle administrative tasks relating to:
- Risk transfer – Insurance
- Checking up on the data in the contingency plans (new phone numbers, etc.)
- Documentation of relevant documents in our Project Life Cycle system.
- You support making proposals for how the different trainings could be designed - possibly also processes around it.
- You develop ideas on how to improve the existing materials and materials yet to be created.
- You plan and organize general ad hoc tasks for the department.
To thrive in this position, we imagine
- You are currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree at university level within Law, Business Administration or similar.
- You are fully proficient in English.
- You are a confident user of Microsoft 365 products.
- You are friendly, good at building relations with others, and not afraid to interact with many different stakeholders in the organization.
- You have an eye for detail and an organized approach to your work.
