For a new, interesting position in a fast-growing international company we are looking to find you, a dynamic, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and hands-on Finance Manager who thrives in a high-paced, people-friendly, technology-driven environment.
The position
As it is a newly created role you will have the opportunity to establish ground rules and influence ways of working. We are in a growing business and a post-merger integration process of three companies in Denmark located in Copenhagen, Roskilde, and Odense. You will be in charge of all financial management, bookkeeping and business reporting in Denmark. You will manage our external partner who assists in bookkeeping, payroll and operational tasks. You will be our hands-on expert on financial details and ensure that local legal requirements are met. You have deep business insight and are eager to grow into a strong sparring partner to local managers and the Group CFO.
We work in a global matrix structure where you will report to the CFO in Mercell Holding and have a close collaboration with the Country Manager in Denmark.
You
As an ideal candidate, you have relevant experience from a similar position. You enjoy being hands-on and good at prioritizing your own work. You have been in charge of the preparation of monthly and annual accounts as well as reporting and budgeting. You have a solid knowledge of Excel and modern ERP systems and speak and write Danish and English at a good level.
As a person, you are analytically strong, structured and detail-oriented, while at the same time maintaining the overview. You have a good business understanding and the professionalism and personality to act credibly in the dialogue with our executive leadership team and the board of directors. You are a good communicator and collaborator and take pride in delivering high quality in due time. You have a higher education such as HDR, Cand. Merc. Aud or similar.
