You will be part of our Technical Asset Management Team, who is taking the leading role in the technical management of our renewable energy projects. One of the team’s main objectives is the optimization of the assets in operation with a focus on cost minimalizing.
As a Senior Asset Manager, you will take on a team lead role for the Asset Managers within Wind and have responsibility for the daily operation of Wind assets.
We seek a motivated, team oriented yet independent person, who thrive in an international dynamic environment. It is crucial that you show flexibility, a commercial mindset and have good organizational skills, as you will be working in a high paced and multidisciplinary environment.

As a Senior Asset Manager, you will take on a team lead role for the Asset Managers within Wind and have responsibility for the daily operation of Wind assets.
Areas of responsibility:
- Team lead for 3 Asset Managers
- Analysis of performance and preparation of reports of i.e. production, performance ratio and incidents
- Management of relationships and documentation, agreements as well as claims of different nature
- Contact and coordination with third parties such as stakeholders, grid companies, O&M providers, spare part providers and investors
- Participation in site visits and inspections
- Supervision of assets in corporation with local partners and colleagues
- Maintenance of permits, authorizations and licenses
Professional skills we expect from you:
- Master’s degree i.e. in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering or similar
- 4 years of relevant work experience in the fields of operation of technical assets – especially Wind Energy
- English language skills at a professional level is a requirement. German language skills are an advantage.
