Are you proactive and strong analytically? Are you passionate about driving performance and making sure we achieve our ambitions? Then you might be a fit in our Sales Performance team.


We are looking for an analytical profile with strong business acumen for our Sales Performance team, which helps drive our sales department of approximately 250 salespeople to the next level through business-critical analyses in order to create solid decision-making for commercial sales initiatives.


In the role, you will have interactions across Verisure Denmark's entire business, work closely with and be an important sparring partner for the sales management in Denmark, and report directly to a member of the Management Team of Verisure Denmark in the form of our Director for Sales Performance & Propositions.


Job


You will be part of a small team, and be a key driver of our efforts of making analyses and driving business-critical initiatives that can develop and optimize Verisure's sales channels. The role has great development potential, and it is expected that you will be able to grow in the role and in the longer term lead the Sales Performance area and potentially a small team.


You will also have good opportunities to spar with colleagues both in the team, but also with other colleagues in similar positions in other parts of both the Danish and Nordic organizations.


The tasks in the role include, among other things:


  • Prepare performance analyses to be used by the Company’s sales management


  • Provide daily input and recommendations for improvement opportunities in our sales organization of approximately 250 employees


  • Prepare presentations to the Company’s management on the basis of the analytical work


  • Develop the right incentive structures for our sales force, including commission schemes and competitions


  • Analysis of our entry economics for new sales and turning these into recommendations for improvement


  • Responsible for various projects and business cases



Profile

At the same time, you are structured and good at focusing on the details.


  • You have 2-4 years of work experience in business development, performance analysis or similar


  • You have a medium or longer higher education in e.g. business administration, economics, or similar


  • You are a strong analyst and master Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level – experience with Power BI is an advantage


  • You are able to familiarize yourself with and understand business processes and the corresponding data, so that you can be a solid sparring partner that turns analyses into easily understandable conclusions and action


  • You are passionate about collaborating and creating results together with others


  • You are a team player with strong communication skills


  • You thrive on working in a performance-driven environment


  • Knowledge of the Danish language is an advantage, but not a necessity
