Cimbria has grown to its current level through an impressive ability to sell large and complex projects and solutions throughout the planet. Now it’s time to focus on indirect sales, and to secure the right balance between project sales and component sales, the company wants to increase their component sales, which is characterised as indirect sales through an international dealer network. To lead this journey, a new Dealer Sales Manager is needed. You will be organized in the sales team with a reporting line to the Cluster Lead for Western Europe
Component sales in various European markets
The Dealer Sales Manager will be solely focused on component sales of products like cleaners, bucket elevators, conveyors etc. You will be responsible for the management and development of the assigned dealers, in Netherlands, Benelux and Portugal.

Dynamic sales manager with strong technical skills
You are an experienced export sales manager with 5-10 years of international experience within sales of technical equipment. Curiosity, interest, and personal flair for technical products are essential, and you have worked with indirect sales to dealers and distributors before.
You have an open and friendly personality, and you are not afraid of leaving your desk behind to meet customers on a regular basis. With a good understanding of your customers’ requests, you put an honour in meeting your deadlines and keeping your promises. Your colleagues see you as a ‘people person’ with strong relationship building abilities and stakeholder management skills. You are a good communicator with the ability to operate in an English-speaking environment on a daily basis.
You are dynamic and flexible, and you can drive and follow up on projects, campaigns, and commercial initiatives across the dealer network at any time. Despite being part of a big sales team with a proven track record in the agricultural industry, you need to be prepared to make your own processes and tools along the way. Without losing the grand overview of you project pipeline and dealer network, you are not afraid of taking the lead, going in details and ‘getting your hands dirty’ when needed.

Component sales in various European markets
The Dealer Sales Manager will be solely focused on component sales of products like cleaners, bucket elevators, conveyors etc. You will be responsible for the management and development of the assigned dealers, in Netherlands, Benelux and Portugal.

- Establish, develop, and retain relationships with dealers providing the highest quality customer service in the industry
- Through frequent dealer visits, consistently educating the dealers on the value and details of the Cimbria products, sales tools, and new product portfolio
- Constant dealer development and assessment of dealer portfolio, keeping an eye open for new potential dealers in the relevant markets
- Manage sales and pipeline activities, and develop and execute the business strategy within assigned market to drive volume growth
- Utilising the latest industry and market trends, identify opportunities for product improvements and new product opportunities
- Provide input to budgets and forecasts and define rolling market plans to each market
