We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our ambitious asset management team. The team is taking the leading role in the commercial and technical management of our renewable energy projects from the commencement of operations. One of the teams´ main objectives is the optimization of the operating assets throughout their lifespan.
As our new Commercial Manager, you will drive and handle all commercial aspects concerning the operation and asset management of the projects. You will assist in further development of our asset management function and create solid long-term client relationships.

Location: You will be working from our office in Warsaw, Poland and it is expected to travel to our HQ in Denmark at least once every 1-2 month. Working fulltime from our HQ in Søborg, Denmark is also a possibility

As our new Commercial Manager, you will drive and handle all commercial aspects concerning the operation and asset management of the projects. You will assist in further development of our asset management function and create solid long-term client relationships.
Area of responsibilities
- Have the full commercial responsibility for your appointed PV and wind assets
- Build strong and trustful relationship with investors, local partners, utilities, and landowners
- Report income and expense controlling for projects in operation
- Contract negotiation and follow-up on contractual obligations (ratios, guarantees, warranties, etc.)
- Claim management regarding income from utilities/market representatives
- Follow-up on budgets and cash flow forecasts incl. deviation analyses
- Report to banks, local agencies, and governmental agencies
Professional skills we expect from you
- You have a bachelor’s degree or similar within Finance or Economy
- Relevant working experience within the operation of assets, investor reporting, and bank relationship management in Poland
- You work independently, proactively, and in thrive taking responsibility
- You have excellent communication skills
- Expert proficiency in MS Excel
- Full professional proficiency in Polish and English skills is a requirement
