randstad is on behalf of our client in vejle looking for a business analyst / programmer in VBA Excel for a 5-month period
the primary deliverables of the assignment include:
- documentation of financial/calculation model that is currently embedded in an existing excel tool.
- documentation/definition of data exchange interfaces
- minor modifications & bug fixes to tool on as needed basis
assignment will also require completion of the following tasks:
- creating a plan that details the tasks required to create deliverables
- weekly task status updates to stakeholders
- analysis tool of formulas, VBA code and data fields
- minor code adjustments
- stakeholder management/communications ad hoc
- excel, VBA and formula tool analysis
- independent analysis
- creation of solution architecture diagrams e.g. UML or other system process and data schema diagrams
- minor bug fixes
- experience with VBA and connected desktop software architecture
- experience with databases and data import/export in Excel
- preferred experience with financial tools and financial data.
