Plecto is looking for ambitious customer service representatives to join our growing Customer Service & Success team in Aarhus, Denmark!

… An important part of our Customer Service and Success team, which in addition to you also includes skilled Customer Service Representatives and Customer Success Managers located in Denmark and Guatemala. We work closely with our colleagues in sales, product, finance and UX.

What we're looking for:
- Practical experience from a customer service, customer success, consultant or account development role
- Genuine interest in Customer Success & Account development
- Flair for IT and drive to learn new systems
- Experience with Excel and different CRM systems is a plus
- Customer-centric attitude with a strong sense of empathy
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
- Highly responsible and structured approach to tasks & customer communication
- A positive attitude and open mind
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex information in a simple and engaging manner
- Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Danish or any additional languages are a plus
What you'll do:
- Structured onboarding of new customers primary online
- Training new and existing customers in the use of Plecto’s features
- Identify customer goals and consult customers to create a winning setup
- Spot potential customer challenges & create and implement plans for resolutions
- Responsible for our customers’ development & ongoing contact
- Ensure high customer retention & low churn
- Perform troubleshooting on Plecto’s features and related integrations during meetings and other communication platforms
- Review customer complaints and concerns (which are thankfully rare) and help improve the customers’ experience
- Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Expert Service and Customer Service to assist in issues resolution & account development
- Update customer related information in our CRM system
- Work effectively with team members in multiple time zones (Denmark and Guatemala)
