Business Development Manager familiar with the world of dentistry

At Kuraray Noritake Dental we are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for our dental products, developing our business in Denmark and take it to the next level. In other words, we are looking for you if you are motivated by supporting our fast-growing business, in the Nordic region, and want to be part of an enthusiastic and successful Nordic team.

The care for dental products runs in your veins
As our new Business Development Manager, you will be visiting dentists, dental technicians, dental wholesalers and universities in Denmark. The knowledge you have about restorative dentistry makes you able to convince customers about the value of our products. By nature, you are a top salesperson, able to bring difficult and long decision-making processes to a successful conclusion. You are eager to learn and does not only keep the customers on their toes, but also your colleagues.

Your role responsibilities

  • Develop Kuraray Noritake's sales business in Denmark
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Visit dental staff, dental dealers, universities and key opinion leaders
  • Achieve sales goals
  • Provide hands-on training and arrange other course activities for dental professionals
  • Influencing brand preference

In this role, you get your energy from reaching your targets and by having inspirational conversations with customers. You will be working from your home office, and you report to the Sales Manager of the Nordics and Baltics.

We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator, creative and curious. Someone who is dedicated and willing to invest in acquiring the knowledge necessary to convince customers.

  • You have professional work experience from the field of dentistry: You know how dental professionals work and what the needs are.   

  • You have a commercial mindset: You are driven by results, and you are familiar with sales strategy, price analysis and market analysis.

  • You know how stakeholders work: As you will be working closely with universities, dental professionals and dental wholesalers, you are familiar with locating customers of interest and understand how they work.


In addition, you are an active listener and have excellent presentation skills.
