Would you like to join our “Home Owner team” in the Commercial Hub within Personal Banking Denmark? We are now looking for a senior key player to focus on our future credit assessment framework and quality improvements.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the Commercial Hub Denmark, Home Owner team. We are organized in 3 teams (Savings, Everyday Banking and Home Owner). Our core function is to handle and eliminate incidents, ensure maintenance and development of advisor tools and concepts as well as drive commercial business development activities.
We strive to build and implement the best “Home journey” process and continuously develop our value proposition for home owners to assist in driving the customer engagement and satisfaction. This happens in close cooperation with the rest of the value chain e.g. local regions and branches, MarCom, Digital Sales, Retail Housing, Nordea Kredit and danbolig.
The Home Owner team is also responsible for both maintaining existing and entering new external partnerships to further improve our value proposition. Last but not least, we play a vital role in setting the bar on credit capabilities.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll join a team of 7 professionals who are always willing to offer support, sparring, feedback and fun days at work. The role is based in METRO, Copenhagen, where you will be reporting to Head of Home owners.
