Based in Aarhus, Denmark, this is an opportunity to join the Africa & Europe region within APM Terminals IT organisation. You will support the Customer Products & Services platform, helping to manage product development and support, platform roadmap implementation and terminal demand management. Primarily focused on support our Aarhus terminal, you will also play a role supporting the region with opportunities to travel.

Successful candidates will have a keen interest in the digital products that APM Terminals can offer its customers, and will be comfortable providing a mix of skillsets including product management, project delivery and business analyst, along with cross functional stakeholder management.Key Responsibilities

  • Documents current product portfolio, including feature set, use cases and technology- stack
  • Maintains, monitors existing product portfolio and acts as first point of contact for issue resolution
  • Ensures APMT IT strategic goals of Safe, Bigger, Better are applied to to existing product portfolio, as it applies to security and EA/infrastructure design and modernisation
  • Support execution of CP&S Platform roadmaps in collaboration with your team, peers and stakeholders
  • Work with one or more distributed engineering teams
  • Supports terminal business to develop business and technical requirement documents and specifications
  • Document, prioritise and communicate the product backlog
  • Support execution of CP&S Platform roadmaps in collaboration with your team, peers and stakeholders
  • Own local communications with the wider team around milestone and release plans
  • Champion customer and stakeholder needs throughout project execution, ensuring that what is delivered meets the original goals and objectives

We are looking for

The following would make you a great fit for the role:

  • Customer first mentality and approach to daily activities
  • A keen interest in digital applications as they apply to our customers
  • 3+ years’ experience either in product management/development, customer care or terminal operations.
  • Comfortable leading/driving projects
  • Comfortable in an IT setting, knowing the difference between UI, UX… front-end and back-end development
  • Ability to synthesize customer needs and insights and communicate the results with great clarity
  • Passionate about technology as a driver of change
  • Desire to work in a new team, where there are more questions than answers
