You now have the unique opportunity to join a strategic transformation project in Global People and Organisation (GPO) in Novo Nordisk. We are looking for an experienced change management and change communication consultant who can take an active role in driving the implementation of a new operating model for GPO. Key to the role is that you understand how to create awareness and enthusiasm around our journey via engaging communication and stakeholder interaction.

About the Department

You will join the Transformation Office in Global People and Organisation, reporting to the Change and Transformation Lead. The transformation office is a small team of 6 full time employees. We sit together in Bagsvaerd, but work closely together with all corners of the Global P&O organisation.

In collaboration with management teams we drive the ambitious journey towards a more global aligned and unified P&O function. The foundation for this is the new operating model that involves building strong global units and dedicated and strategic HR Business Partners supported by local P&O units. As part of this we aim at developing new platforms building on the latest trends within automation and digitalisation across the entire P&O organisation.

The position

The OCM Consultant is key in driving the implementation of the P&O Transformation in close collaboration with the Change and Transformation Lead and the rest of the Transformation Office. The main focus is to engage the organisation in embracing and adopting the transformation by building the right level of readiness, energy and ownership around the changes coming.

In addition to this, you will also be responsible for delivering engaging and timely communication to the organisation utilising the different available communication channels. You will be supporting the overall stakeholder management of the programme and drive alignment and clarity of the communication from the different projects to the organisation. You will executive on the communication strategy and plans and deliver the communication materials needed to bring the various target groups onboard. Apart from this you will be driving the overall project management of OCM track and ensure that there is a strong follow up and follow through on the plans.

Qualifications

You have a background as consultant or communicator with more than 3 years of previous experience with roll out of global project and organisational change communication and change management. Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and HR is a clear plus, but your ability to deliver on the tasks is key for success in the role. You have a broad business understanding and have extensive experience with global OCM activities. You have prior experience in managing change for large business transformation initiative in a global organisation.

You have a Masters degree in a relevant field such as psychology, organisational development, communications, business administration, etc. You have both experience and formal training in project management.
