At GN Audio, we aspire to continuously lead major technology shifts with intelligent audio solutions and provide professionals and consumers around the world with truly innovative headsets and speakerphones.

Software is playing an increasingly larger role in our intelligent solutions. For this reason, we have entered a strategic partnership with German audEERING, aiming to set global standards in AI-based soundscape and voice analytics. This is where you come into the picture.

Bring voice AI to market

In our offices in Ballerup, you will join our Voice Analytics team consisting of UX/UI specialists, software developers and more. Here, you will function as the commercial counterpart to the highly technical and product-oriented team, working to move the voice AI solution from its current pilot stage and transform it into a commercially successful product.

To achieve this, you will:

  • Develop and execute its global go-to-market strategy
  • Manage customer onboarding, journey mapping, feedback, and pipeline
  • Drive sales in collaboration with our global sales force and support them with data, documentation, sales strategies, etc.
  • Develop sales and marketing material in collaboration with our global marketing team
  • Mediate issues and questions from customers regarding GDPR, technical compatibility with customers’ IT-setup, etc.

Digitally savvy commercial talent

With a brimming passion for scaling new business and a creative resourcefulness, you are able to solve any problem or concern that may arise along the way. You aren’t afraid of getting involved in sales processes, and you have the communicative abilities to articulate your thoughts and ideas with clarity and professionalism to technical experts and laymen alike.

Furthermore, you:

  • Have 3+ years of experience with business development, technical sales, customer success management, or similar
  • Possess strong end-to-end project management skills
  • Are familiar with commercial tools and an excellent understanding of how to digitally scale sales, marketing, and customer feedback/support
  • Are fluent in English
