We are looking for an Operations Specialist with a deep knowledge of Modulus operations, and deep knowledge of operating Modulus in the labor union arena in Denmark.
You will join the Applications Operations team with colleagues in Denmark, China, the Philippines and India. The team’s overall responsibility is the applications operations and interfacing with the ITIL processes supported by the tools. Our main purpose is to provide the optimal and efficient application operation and processes our customers businesses.
In your role as Application Operations Specialist you will be working in a professional environment with a team of process SMEs, developers, architects and operations specialists all focused on supporting and optimizing NNIT’s tools and processes.
Your primary responsibility will be within the operation of Modulus for NNIT’s customers, and ensuring the periodic cycles are performed to keep our customers businesses running. We are looking for candidates with experience within application operation with Modulus. The competence set should include knowledge of the batch flows in Modulus, and the tools used to manage these flows, deployment in environments where documentation and testing is natural part of the quality delivery.
As a person you have a high-quality mind-set and you like to keep yourself updated with new technologies. You have a high degree of flexibility and the ability to handle different tasks simultaneously.

- Outgoing and able to approach customers and end-users at all levels
- Passion for trouble shooting and an urge to drive continuous optimization and improvement of the application
- Capable of following procedures, improve existing and create new
- Strong process mindset
- Technical competences
- Knowledge on batch flow management technologies
- Operational experience
- Knowledge about the ITIL framework

Language
