Are you a natural within administration? Do you want to work within facility management in retail and maintain our current stores, as well as coordinating refurbishments of new stores? Then you might be our new Real Estate Coordinator!
Our current facility team consist of a Head of Facility Management, two Construction Managers and a Real Estate Coordinator. We are now searching for another Coordinator to support the administrative work in the department.
Main responsibilities
Your primary task will be to coordinate incoming maintenance tasks, support with new store openings, administrate requests from stores and ongoing projects, and analyze and report data from the Facility Management department to ensure optimal facilities in our stores.

Our facility team has an office space at our headoffice in Brabrand. In order to support all of our stores, travel days to other Silvan locations may occur.

To become a success in this role you will need strong administrative and analytical skills, and you:
It is a plus (but not a must) if you have experience from a similar position or experience within construction or facility management, preferably within retail.
Since this is a newly established position, we appreciate and celebrate new ideas for optimization in the team. Therefore, it will be possible to influence the role and structure of the work assignments in collaboration with your manager and our other Real Estate Coordinator.

- Administrate and respond to facility requests from stores.
- Help the stores solve day to day maintenance and repairments.
- Analyze and prevent returning facility issues.
- Administrate leases.
- Administrate ESG reporting on facility management.
- Support the facility team on ad hoc assignments.
Our facility team has an office space at our headoffice in Brabrand. In order to support all of our stores, travel days to other Silvan locations may occur.
Preferred qualifications
To become a success in this role you will need strong administrative and analytical skills, and you:
- Possess strong communication skills in both Danish and English.
- Are great with numbers and possess great Excel skills.
- Enjoy teamwork and are great at collaborating.
